About Me

IMG_3423.jpg

With a strong dedication to the performing and visual arts, I studied the Diploma in Arts Business Management for 3 years at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Known to have a ‘strong interest in arts, a pleasant personality, and have awesome creativity’, I have worked with many corporate and government organisations during my student internship at Merry Bees.

I was the Programmes Head for the annual student-led arts festival, Verve 2020, collaborating with many artists and organisations, allowing me to understand the various art scenes in Singapore and develop myself as an artist manager. I directed and produced a virtual music programme show entitled, ‘Get Heard Through Tenacity‘ in collaboration with Universal Music Group’s Spinnup, where we had virtual interviews and performances by emerging local artists.

Through these experiences in school, I have acquired the knowledge to edit videos, design collaterals, and execute marketing campaigns and programmes, administrative work, as well as talent and client liaison. I enjoy taking initiative while serving my work with great honor and being observant of the current trends and social environment around me.

I strongly believe that art tells stories, expresses hopes and dreams of the future, and redefines our present. I am dedicated to expressing stories of humankind and spreading hope to others through the graphics and programmes I create, curating quality art experiences for all.

My strong vision in life is to use the arts as a medium to create a more inclusive society, spreading love, joy and awareness through these creative mediums.

Career Objectives

Arts and culture have been a strong passion of mine. Bringing local artists and Singaporean art scene to be recognised internationally is a futuristic vision of mine.

The vision of my works is to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone in the world. This is through being part of the Asian art scene and promoting artists and artworks, performing (music, dance, theatre) and visual, to international lands, promoting the tenacity and beauty of Asian culture.

I also aim to redefine the norms of creating and presenting art, giving opportunities to artists to expand and integrate with one another. Creating new expectations of audiences around the world of Singaporean art and creatives, and be part of the rise of the Asian art scene.

Nurture Singaporean creatives and redefine the Asian arts scene, to be seen by eyes around the world.
