Part-Timer in the District (Operations) Department:

• Role-playing

  • I had to act out a script and engage children in the activities.

• Facilitating activities with the children and teaching them certain skills, such as making ice-cream.

• Gained customer service skills by assisting visitors if they had any questions or lost in the venue. 

  • Going one step beyond and allowing customers to feel welcomed and knowledgable.

• Queue management

• Gained confidence in my interpersonal skills

• Independently facilitating activities and managing establishments alone.

I was well-praised for my customer service and work ethic, such as being diligent, polite and punctual, by my supervisors. Many parents and children enjoyed my service and gave me good praises.
